Delivery typically takes 6–15 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination and carrier service. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, public holidays, weather, remote-area service, and carrier operations.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
You may request a return within 30 calendar days after receiving your order, subject to the eligibility requirements in our Return & Refund Policy. Please contact us before sending an item back.
